Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Concrete Crack Repair Specialist is called upon to work on the road with the mobile repair unit. They carry out interior or exterior repairs to foundation cracks. In the case of exterior repairs, the person performs a manual excavation down to the footing of the foundation, and then follows the repair procedure. The person we're looking for must enjoy physical work, be resourceful, meticulous and self-reliant.

Reporting to the team leader, the sought-after labourer is someone who enjoys manual and physical work. To enable them to carry out their duties, they will have access to the best equipment available on the market. Responsibilities include installing French drains, waterproofing foundation surfaces, installing coping stones, leveling terrain, cleaning foundation walls, delivering materials, as well as crack repairs, etc. The successful candidate must be versatile, hardworking, responsible, and demonstrate good teamwork skills.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Team Leader will coordinate the work to be carried out by his team, notably by setting and communicating the objectives to be achieved for the day. He/she is also responsible for preparing essential machinery and equipment to meet the various tasks scheduled for the day. The team leader will be in charge of an excavator operator and one or more labourers. With his team, he will carry out excavation work, foundation draining, water cutting, crack repair, foundation waterproofing and earthworks. The successful candidate must demonstrate leadership, organization and prioritization skills. He or she must be adept at managing issues that may arise on a construction site. Knowledge of sales and customer relations is an asset.
